We accept VISA and MasterCard.
When you pay by card, money is drawing from your credit-card, when you make your order. Mention the card number, card expiry date and CVC code.
CVC is the last three digits on the signature panel on the card back. We use 3D Secure which is a security standard developed by Visa and Mastercard for online payments.
The transfer is done with secure SSL encryption. That means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.

NOTE: Credit card information is not processed or stored by "Steinssons", it,s only transferred to the Bank.

We reserve the right to out of sale, and thats the article may no longer be available.

RETURN POLICY
Full Withdrawal Applies Within 14 days after receiving the delivery
acc.to the swedish  distance agreement-law (2005:57) and PUL.
According the mentioned law also "suplies  to be returned in the same
condition”. The Customer has to pay for shippingcosts for the shipping back to Steinssons.
Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.

COMPLAINTS
When damaged or defective goods, or if we deliver the wrong goods, the
complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the consumer discovered
error or ought to have discovered the error. Complaints that occures within 60 Days
considered to cases within a reasonable time refer to  the law.
You get a new product or your money back. Money for the product  including
shippingcosts refunded within one week after the product  has returned to Steinssons.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the goods are damaged during shipment, immediately notify-when you pick up your shipment. If you not discover this until you reach home, let us know by e-mail immediately.
If an item is damaged or lost, when you send it back to us, you are as customer responsible.
